Concrete sprayer machine is a new type of high-efficiency spraying machinery, mainly used for shotcrete construction operations. The working principle is to mix the cement slurry pumped by the mud pump with the sand, gravel, and accelerator sprayed by the spray machine in the mixer, and then send the mixture to the spray gun through the conveying pipe for spraying operation.
Concrete sprayer are mainly divided into dry spraying machines, wet spraying machines, and semi wet spraying machines
1. The straight rotor type non adhesive material chamber ensures smooth discharge and saves time.
2. Four point elastic compensation compression, good sealing effect, less dust near the machine, and long service life of vulnerable parts.
3. Adopting low-pressure and high-speed vortex airflow transportation to overcome problems such as adhesion, pipe blockage, and pulse detachment in material transportation, the material flow is uniform, continuous, and stable.
4. New nozzle, discharge elbow device, spraying effect, less rebound, and high spraying layer quality.
5. The spray machine chassis can be assembled into tire type, skid type, and various gauge rail wheel types.
